Screening exams offered at IMI include mammography, Lung CT screening and Coronary Artery Calcium screening.  Currently Lung CT screening and Coronary Artery Calcium screening are not covered by insurance.  Please call for pricing.

• Lung CT screening - IMI offers CT lung cancer screening, with a doctor's order, to all adult smokers who know that the procedure is an out-of-pocket expense, and understand that the benefits are still under investigation.  IMI believes that early detection of lung cancer may save lives, and that screening is appropriate for many individuals.

• Coronary Artery Calcium screening - This test determines that amount of calcification in the coronary arteries.  The CT scanner takes images of the heart and coronary arteries, this helps determine the amount of calcification and plaque build-up in the coronary arteries.  IMI offers this test to all patients, with a doctor's order.
